Monthly Subscriber Policy

This Monthly Subscriber Policy applies to all Cloudtalis customers on a monthly recurring plan, including VoIP subscriptions, eSIM data plans and business communication add-ons. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Billing cycle
Monthly plans are billed in advance on the same calendar day each month (your "renewal date"), starting on the day you activate the subscription. If your renewal date does not exist in a given month (e.g. the 31st), the charge will occur on the last day of that month. All charges are displayed in your selected local currency at checkout.
2. Automatic renewal
Your subscription automatically renews each month using the payment method on file until cancelled. We will email a receipt after each successful charge. You authorise Cloudtalis to charge your payment method for each renewal.
3. Pricing changes
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any change to your plan price will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will only take effect on the next renewal date after that notice period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period β you keep access to the Services until your next renewal date, after which no further charges will be made.
5. Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Partial months, unused minutes, unused data and add-on credits are not refunded on cancellation. Where a refund is issued, it will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry the charge over the following 7 days and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription will be suspended and may be cancelled after 14 days of non-payment. Phone numbers, eSIM profiles and stored data may be reclaimed once the subscription is cancelled.
7. Plan changes and upgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect on your next renewal date; no credit is issued for the difference during the current period.
8. Fair use
Monthly plans are intended for normal individual or business use. Sustained traffic patterns that indicate automated dialling, traffic pumping, resale without authorisation or other abuse may result in throttling, suspension or termination under our acceptable use rules.
9. Taxes
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. VAT, GST, sales tax and telecom levies will be added at checkout and on each renewal based on your billing address.
